Evaluation & Selection Process

3.1 The Gatekeeper: Evaluator Vetting

Before a team can cast a vote, they must prove they understand the principles.

  • Who: Two reps per team (Team Lead + Tech Lead).
  • Requirement: 100% on Regenerative Development & Hub Governance Test.
  • Curriculum: Regenerative Principles, Catalyst Criteria, Sociocracy 101.

3.2 The Philosophy

“Our Representatives, Not Our Rivals.” We are One Hub. Your vote is a strategic decision for the success of the Bioregion.

3.3 The 4 Pillars of Evaluation

Teams use a Forced Ranking System (1–14) based on:

  1. Ground Truth: Is the problem real? Evidence of engagement?
  2. Regenerative Potential: Does it heal the system? Create positive loops?
  3. Tech/Narrative: Is the integration valid? Does the story match the problem?
  4. Global Readiness: Prepared for the world stage? Professional docs?

3.4 Voting Mechanics

  1. Private Sheets: Unique links.
  2. No Self-Voting: Prohibited.
  3. Mandatory Rationale: Written explanation required (“Proof of Thought”).
  4. External Audit: Validated by PRISMA/WADA Global Evaluators.
