  • Role: Automated escrow via Cardano Plutus contracts.
  • Function: Ensures funds are tamper-proof and safe from volatility (via Stablecoin conversion).
  • Safety: Funds are locked programmatically, meaning no individual can steal or mismanage them.

2. Human-Centric Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, such as goods not being delivered, the decision is not made by an isolated algorithm.

  • Tier 1: AI analyzes transaction patterns to flag potential anomalies before locking funds.
  • Tier 2: Actual disputes are routed to a Human Mediator. Initially, this is the Safro Team, but it will evolve into a Community DAO of trusted market leaders.

Why this matters: We prioritize fairness. This ensures that traders who may struggle with digital systems always have a human voice in the process.
